This includes organizing and staging the home, researching and pricing items, advertising the sale to both local and nationwide buyers, managing the sale days, and taking care of payment processing and security. After the sale, we provide a detailed sales report and a timely settlement. We can also help coordinate donations or clean-out services if needed.
