  • Sales last 1-4 days depending on how much stuff. Thursday-Sunday.

  • We donate as much as we can and schedule or refer client to our local junk hauler partners for what cannot be donated.

  • Consultation is completely free. Then, we need to schedule a free walk through at your residence and go over the list of items and the draft contract.

  • We ensure a light clean-up of the residence after the sale, schedule donation pick-ups, and organize community free days for people in need. Additionally, we compose a detailed report, process the transactions, and ensure you receive your money within 7-10 days, along with any necessary paperwork, formalities, or invoices depending on the items in the sale. You will also receive a donation receipt for any items donated. We schedule a donate pickup and can also organize free pickups if desired by client.

  • We serve the areas surrounding Nashville and Hendersonville, including Davidson, Sumner, and Franklin counties, as well as Goodlettsville, Gallatin, Hermitage, and Brentwood, in Tennessee. On certain occasions, we may make exceptions for locations slightly farther out depending on value of sale.
